Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that isn't answered below, please email dan@frontporchimprov.com.

What's the tour price?

Savannah for Morons tours price is seasonal. Tips for driver/tour guides at the end of the tour are greatly appreciated. (Cash or Venmo)

Who is not allowed on the tours?

  • NO children under 13 (this includes infants).

  • Adult language used. These are adult-oriented tours. Other guests might not feel comfortable drinking and laughing in front of your kids, and the space is too small for you to hold a baby.

  • NO pets: Certified service animals only.

  • NO reserved seating: Boarding is first come, first served.  If you want to sit with/near others in your party we recommend that you arrive about 30 minutes early. If we are unable to seat a large party next to each other take it as an opportunity to make a new friend.

How do I book a tour and pay?

Here are two of the most popular ways to buy tickets:

  1. ONLINE: Tickets can be purchased online HERE.

  2.  Tickets can be purchased in person at the Old Town office located at 250 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Savannah, GA 31401 during normal business hours.

How long does a tour last and are there any stops?

All tours last about 1.5 hours, but actual time depends a bit on traffic. We take a short stop at the halfway point, for a bathroom/beverage break, but you don't have to get off the bus. This is a leisurely experience, so just plan to relax and have fun!

How do I view, change, or cancel my reservation?

Please contact Old Town Trolley for changes or questions at (855) 396-7433

Your electronic tickets and e-mail voucher contain detailed information on pick up and drop off.

Does Savannah for Morons ever cancel a scheduled tour?

Rarely. We send out any cancellation alerts by email 12 hours in advance. Due to the cost of running each tour, there must be at least 15 seats reserved. It rarely happens, but if we fail to get at least 15 people, the tour must be canceled.

If we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Food is *not allowed* on the bus. You may bring a beverage in a non-breakable cup, but coolers are not allowed on the bus.

What are the rules of the bus?

  • WE START ON TIME! Plan to arrive a little early especially if you need to find parking.

  • THE MORON RULE: This is a show, not a party bus. We want everyone to have fun, but if other guests are unable to hear, you'll be warned that you're breaking the MORON RULE. After three warnings, we will escort your party off the bus. Before booking seats, you will need to confirm that you understand and accept this policy.

  • No large hats, feather boas or excessive shoulder pads allowed.

Can I reserve a specific seat?

The tour is general admission and there's no reserved seating. We recommend that you arrive early (at least 30 minutes) if you'd like to be seated together; however, we make no promises! Be ready to sit next to a new friend.

Is the bus temperature comfortable?

Tours run year-round and the trolley is climate-controlled.

Is there a place to store luggage while on a tour?

No. Please make arrangements to store your luggage elsewhere while on the tour.

Is the bus wheelchair accessible?

Is there a restroom on the bus?

No. Please use the facilities inside the Old Town office before boarding the bus. We will also stop half-way through the tour for a bathroom break.
